2. If you live more than 20 minutes away from the city center of Surprise, there may be an additional travel fee. 

3. The ability of your computer to print is dependent on a multitude of factors and we only have the ability to help to ensure that printing works while we are there. It should work after we leave but we cannot guarantee that it will work in perpetuity thereafter.  Therefore, printing help services are not guaranteed.
