I have worked with Steve as he solved many IT problems that just seem to crop up whenever I used the computers extensively. When I put things together, I didn't always follow the installation instructions.  Steve is quiet and deliberate: First he had to figure out what I had miswired and then he went to it and fixed the problem. He wasn't "flying by the seat of his pants". He carefully and deliberately looked at what the various difficulties could be and methodically eliminated them one by one. Then he went right to the source of the problem and it was fixed.

Anyone can operate a computer,  except me so I keep the business card of Steven  D. Underwood, owner of Surprise Computer attached to my computer screen and have been more than satisfied with his skills as a person and repairman. I hope you will be able to reap the benefits of his talent..

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Steve Underwood for the two hours he spent bringing my computer back up to speed.  He addressed a few issues, like my inability to use my email.  He removed 8 years of junk that accumulated and slowed my response time.  Steve provided me with operating information that increased my ability to be more computer literate.  I consider Steve very knowledgeable and if a problem should develop, I know he will provide me with all the necessary help.

Steve has been most responsive in helping me resolve my hardware and software problems and the change to Windows 10! I gladly recommend him!
