This service is in-person and on-site. Infections (viruses, spyware, adware, malware, worms, hijackers, etc.) are a very common problem. - 1. Arrival time is estimated, please allow plus or minus one hour from the appointment time.
- 2. If you live more than 20 minutes away from the city center of Surprise, there may be an additional travel fee.
- 3. You will let us know in advance what you need done and with what equipment we will be working on (name, brand, model, etc.) so we can be prepared to best meet your needs.
- 4. We can find evidence of a hack if it exists, so we can verify that you were hacked. Unfortunately, no one can guarantee that your computer can be clean after a hack. Only the hackers know what they did. We will scour the computer for hazards, even things that have been there for years, and make your computer as secure as it can be. But, if you truly were hacked, the only way to be absolutely certain that you are safe is to replace the computer completely.
- 5. We must be very careful accepting payment for services if you have been scammed or hacked. Once your bank or credit card company has closed your account, please shred the credit card and all checks. We have been accidently given a check from an account that was closed due to hacking and the bank flagged us as the hacker and seized our account and it caused a few problems. So please prepare to pay either cash or using a credit card/check from a known good and still open secure account. Thank you.
